ITS ALPHA AND INCOMPLETE!!

Hello epic people, its time for the first content update to JermaKart. This update include a NEW MAP: Otto Park, and a NEW RACER: Otto. I have intense paranoia that jerma is going to play my game right before I finish this update, so the character portion is a bit rough. If you had trouble running this on low end hardware, some massive performance optimizations I did might alleviate that issue. Full ChangeLog below.

• Added the new racetrack Otto park
• Added the new racer Otto
  
  • Otto is faster than Jermario, but has less handling
• Adjusted and retrained AI to be more performant
  • AI is dumber as a result.

• Optimized geometry of The Meat Grinder map to be 50-100% more performant.
  • Added a new song for The Meat Grinder stage, moved old song to Otto Park.

The final version of this update will just be finishing up Otto's racer. In addition to adding sound effects and making the sprite move, there will be a method to unlock him through gameplay.
